This magnificent home has a direct ocean view from the master bedroom, living room, and balconies and is located in Islamorada at Mile Marker 85 in the exclusive gated community of Angler’s Reef, a quiet oceanfront community in the Florida Keys. Look out into the ocean and you can spot Alligator Reef Lighthouse! Home also overlooks the community pool and marina.
This home has 2 large bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a private porch with a great view of the pool and ocean view or lie in your king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed and enjoy the same view. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds in it. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. And should you need an extra bed, the downstairs den has a day bed?
The downstairs porch, overlooking the pool and ocean, is perfect for morning coffee or cocktails. The home is not backed by any roads. The community pool, beaches, and a marina are only steps away. The home also has a carport and room to park a total of 2 cars.
The home includes stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, granite counters, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, 3 flat screen TVs with cable, WiFi, and telephone.
The home is fully stocked for all your needs so pack light. Items in the home include a coffee maker (Keurig and auto drip), blender, toaster, pots and pans, Fiestaware dishes, utensils, linens, bath towels, beach towels, iron, blow dryers, and even a collection of books and games. The home also has its own washer/dryer in the hallway, as well as a gas BBQ grill out back.
We are one of Islamorada’s limited number of licensed weekly vacation homes, VR-295.
Home rentals are Saturday to Saturday with some limited exceptions.
At your option, you can also rent our boat slip, which includes electric and water, for an additional $500 per week. Max length allowed is 31′ with a max height of 9′(no towers or bridges).
PLEASE BOOK YOUR WEEK(S) EARLY AS MANY WEEKS FILL UP 6-12 MONTHS AHEAD.
